Refund policy

Return

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days (from the day it was received) to send it back to us. On Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.

 If the size is not suitable, we offer size exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, while we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size.

All return and exchange Items must arrive in perfect resalable condition - unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

 

Refund

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, undamaged, and suitable for resale, we will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of we received your return.   

Your refund will exclude:

- non-refundable payment processing fees (1.9% of the order value)

- the initial delivery cost
