Refund policy

Return

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 7 business days (from the day it was received) to send it back to us. On Sale items cannot be returned or exchange unless faulty.

If the size is not suitable, we offer size exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, while we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size.

All return and exchange Items must arrive in perfect resalable condition - unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

 

Refund

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, undamaged, and suitable for resale, we will issue a refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 business days of we received your return.   

Your refund will exclude:

- non-refundable payment processing fees (1.9% of the order value)

- the initial delivery cost

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used to pay. Please note that non-refundable payment processing fees (1.9% of the order value) will be deducted from your refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refer to our Refund policy if you wish to return your item after receiving it.
