Our multi-buy promotions are designed to reward customers for purchasing multiple items in a single order.
How the Discount Works
- Buy 3 items: receive 5% off
- Buy 5 items: receive 10% off
- Buy 8 items: receive 20% off

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on the total number of eligible items in the order.
Returns & Refunds for Multi-Buy Orders
If an order placed under a multi-buy promotion is partially returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the remaining number of items kept.
- If the remaining items no longer qualify for the original discount tier, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Any difference resulting from the adjusted discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example:
If you purchase 3 items and receive a 5% discount, then return 1 item, the order will no longer qualify for the multi-buy discount. The refund will be issued after the 5% discount is removed from the returned item(s).
Important Notes
- Discounts apply only when the qualifying number of items is retained
- This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to prevent misuse of promotional offers
- All other return conditions outlined in our Return Policy continue to apply
