Size Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to help! We offer free size exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
For the first size exchange, once we receive and confirm that the returned item is in good condition, we will cover both the return shipping cost and the reshipment cost.
Please note that any subsequent exchanges will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

Return Policy
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky. However, to maintain our quality standards and hygiene requirements for clothing items, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
We will accept returns in the following cases:
· Manufacturing defects
· Incorrect item sent
· Damaged items received
Please note that discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
Size exchanges are accepted, and the buyer is responsible for both return and reshipping postage costs.
Order Cancellations
Before your order ships: You may cancel your order for any reason. Please note that a 1.75% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs.
After your order ships: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as it's already on its way to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us first: Email us at info@msmarius.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order
2. Include your details: Order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable
3. Get approval: Wait for our return authorization before sending items back
4. Pack securely: Use original packaging when possible
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
