Return & Refund Policy

Return

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for change-of-mind purchases within 7 business days from the date your order is received.

On Sale items cannot be returned or exchange unless faulty.

If the size is not suitable, we offer size exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, while we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size.

All return and exchange Items must arrive in perfect resalable condition - unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

 

Refund

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, undamaged, and suitable for resale, we will issue a refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 business days of we received your return.   

For approved change-of-mind returns, your refund will exclude:

- restocking fees (1.9% of the order value)

- the initial delivery cost, where applicable

 

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch at your request, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that a 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund for customer-requested cancellations, as payment processing fees charged once payment has been processed are non-refundable to us.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refer to our Refund policy if you wish to return your item after receiving it.
